I would simply say that there is one women who dont make sure about their clients if they need to be seated , ask what they came for , say hi or smthg , but no MISS BUSY ON PHONE ( on other hnd i have one lady , i have been doing my eyebrows from her since 6 years now she moved to this place thats y i go to this place THX SUNITA FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE LIKE ALWAYS . She is amazing , very helpful , she is the only one who treat her clients nicely and do make sure if eyebrows are well done so that we dont have to re do them again within 2 days ( BIG THX ) 5 stars just for sunita

I would say that they tread the eyebrows really well but the customer service is really bad. There's always that one women (just like Shanila said) that is one her phone. I once came and she told me to seat down and made me wait 20 minutes so another lady could come to work and do my eyebrows. Also she the lady that made me wait 20 minutes once did my eyebrows and she was really unprofessional. She would do a little bit of my eyebrows and stop to talk or text then continue and again stop.

I rarely do this but this place is awful!!! The lady that's in charge of this salon is so self centered. She was talking on the phone about her personal life while cutting my hair. What bad service! On top of that she made me wait 15 mins when there were no clients; all she did was talk on the phone with her friend about some girl. she can't do that when there is no client? how unprofessional. When I was about to leave the place that's when she came up to me and decided to cut my hair. I still gave this place anthot chance but no the second and third experience was worse! She gossips about her clients while they are there! nonethless the place is well maintained but at the end it's all about customer service and their behavior towards their customers is 1 star.
