I was charged for full head highlights when instead I had only half head, as agreed. I was in a rush when I left, but still confirmed with the receptionist if I was being charged half head and she said YES. It seemed very expensive to me ($163+20$tips)! I checked the receipt and it says full head. I called them and they said it was 3 quarters but wrote mistakenly full head. So, I was cheated and my highlights are barely noticeable.And that's not even the price shown on their website.
