Burger Shop Bqm

210 Ossington Ave, Toronto ON M6J 2Z9

BQM Burger Shoppe is the best place to get a burger, if you’re on the strip. Their meat is Ontario farm-raised, without the use of hormones or antibiotics, and they give you a choice between chuck, top sirloin or brisket cuts. Plus, they’re just plain delicious.

Union Restaurant

Bazara Asian Cuisine

188 Ossington Ave, Toronto ON M6J 2Z7

Bazara does Asian fusion in the best possible way – using fresh all natural ingredients, cooked to order. They are famous for their black rice sushi, and if you’re looking for a good lunch, they offer a substantial prix fixe for $15.

Foxley

4
207 Ossington Ave, Toronto ON M6J 2Z8

Foxley is the last Asian fusion restaurant, promise, but the quality of the food here is just so incredible, that it had to be included. This time, the style of cuisine is Pan-Latin combined with Asian, with the result being oyster hand rolls, scallop ceviche and other such delights. This is another place that doesn’t take reservations, but again, worth the wait.

Soos

5
94 Ossington Ave, Toronto ON M6J 2Z4

Soos offers authentic Malaysian cuisine in a modern setting. With an innovative menu that offers traditional dishes alongside more street-style food, mostly in smaller-sized portions, for sharing. Pork belly pancakes and Char Kway Teow are highly recommended.

The Dakota Tavern

6
249 Ossington Ave, Toronto ON M6J 3A1

The Dakota Tavern is a great place to stop for brunch, but not really because of the food. The all you can eat menu is decent, but people line up to get in because of the music. The Bluegrass Brunch has been going strong for years, and it’s the most fun you’ll have on a weekend morning, guaranteed.
