When you’ve got a sugar craving you can’t satisfy with just any old candy or chocolate bar, there’s nothing like finding the perfect candy shop. We’ve put together this list of Vancouver candy shops where you can satisfy your sweet tooth with fudge, chocolate or any candy you crave.

Karameller Candy Shop Inc

1
30-1020 Mainland St, Vancouver BC V6B 2T5

Named after the Swedish word for hard candy, Karameller invites adults to relive the pick-and-mix pleasures of their childhoods; bins are stocked with gummies, marshmallows, liquorice and hard candies, all in a beautiful minimalist space. The high-quality sweets are imported from Scandinavia and are free of GMOS, trans fats and high-fructose corn syrups. Colourful candies are almost (ALMOST) too pretty to eat, and can be mixed and matched to your liking. Be sure to try Skogsbär – an all-natural take on Swedish berries.

The Candy Aisle

2
625 Robson St, Vancouver BC V6B 5J3

Located in the eclectic Granville Entertainment District, The Candy Aisle is one of the best spots to get the candy you love. Importing a wide variety of candies and sweets to Vancouver since the late ’90s, The Candy Aisle gives Vancouverites a new take on candy and chocolate. With the help of their attentive staff, you’ll be able to track down imported British sweets, South African chocolate bars and delicious Dutch licorice.

Rogers Chocolates

3
389 Water St, Vancouver BC V6B 1B8

With three locations across the city, this local confectionary chain is a Vancouver institution. On a hot summer day – or any day, really – their selection of chocolate ice cream bars and truffle pops can’t be beat. From almond brittle to coconut macaroons, the shelves here are stocked with a variety of flavourful delights, so you’re sure to find the right one for you.

On a cold, snowy Edmonton night, nothing says lovin’ like a cup of hot chocolate. It’s no surprise this drink was originally dubbed the “elixir of the gods.” Regardless of the variety you select, or whether you opt for the simplest hot chocolate on the menu, all I can say is ... don’t forget the marshmallows.
You don’t have to travel to Paris to have a true fine-dining experience; you can enjoy an upscale dinner, complete with a five-course meal and fine wine, right here at home. Victoria is a fine-dining destination with an excellent reputation – where talented chefs enjoy crafting delicious gourmet dishes from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Paired with a nice cup of coffee or topped with a scoop of ice cream, pie is unbeatable comfort food. And yet it faces stiff competition from cupcakes as the city’s dessert of choice. Well, pie is fighting back with old fashioned deliciousness as well as new and tantalizing flavours.
