A relatively low paying job proved to have its challenges for both me and Bills team. Through it all, they bent over backwards looking after me, the customer. We have taken our family and business vehicles to Action for a number of years and the service is top drawer. Tony and the team make you feel like you are important. They always give us an honest assessment of our needs and offer a choice of options to suit our budget. They sell quality products that they stand behind and often take care of a flat or checking our tires at no charge. Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me.
Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

had my vehicle in for repairs on my 2012 ferrai 360 and they replace my timing belt and adjusted my valves.the car never run so good even gained 5 mpg.car was returned in prime condition and im very picky on the condition is.
will be recommend to others as len and scott have many years of experience

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for what I thought was wrong with it and the guys told me what was really wrong. Fix what actually needed to be fixed and nothing more.
The service there is amazing the guys explain everything so you actually understand what needs to be done.

I cant thank George and Chris enough, over thanksgiving long weekend they took my after hours call and made the time to have me in when they were closed to insure myself and my family were safe to travel home to the lower mainland. There customer service was exceptional and going forward I absolutely will take the trip to insure my tires are done right, Thank you so much for all that you did for me!
