Recently had to call for a wheelchair cab to transport a resident to a new residence. Called ahead to reserve for a specific time. Was told it could be up to 45 minutes late as they only have a few of these vehicles. After waiting 3 hrs called another company. Mgr I spoke to was to review my original call to see if I was told I couldnt reserve and call me back. Still no call back 3 days later (I assume I wasnt told) and still no CAB if you need to get somewhere use a different company.
