So my Rig broke down and I had to drop my 53 foot Curtain Side Trailer fully loaded on the side of the road. I called 3 other 24/7 towing company's in Edmonton and they couldn't help me but I think they didn't want to deal with it. I call Auto Rescue and they were more than helpful. They pic up my trailer and brought it to there compound while my Rig was getting fixed for a few days. Everyone there was more than helpful and the price was awesome. Thanks everyone @ Auto Rescue. Highly Recommended

Reasons why you should not use this company. 1. The phone rep is rude, dyslexic and will blame you if he gets the address wrong. 2. The tow-truck driver doesn't know how to do a boost properly. 3. Expect to wait at least twice as long as they say.

If I could give this a negative star review.I was quoted 4 hrs, over 8 hrs am I still waiting only 20 more mins she says, an hour later I am still waiting. I asked to speak to a manager and I explained my situation she promptly cut me off and threaten to cancel the call if I didn't stop speaking. I began the call very calm but am not IRATE.Never use this company. So sorries just attitude and terrible service. I understand weather is bad but that is NO excuse for treating people with no respect

This is the worst towing business I have ever dealt with! I was quoted 'no longer than an hour.' After 80 mins I called asking where the tow truck was only then I was asked about what car I have, then they told me it'll be another 20-30 mins. I recommend than potential customers choose ANY other towing service. These people don't seem to understand the concept if customer service...

Good experience with this company

My car did not start so I have to get it towed to dealership. The towing truck arrived on time. The driver managed to start my car somehow. As a result, I din't need the towing. The driver did not complain. The whole experience is quite positive. So I am writing as an appreciation to the work done by the company. June 16, 2014
