The Eye Centre

From my experience you are better off going to another optometrist. The doctors seemed inexperienced and were not able to complete eye exams required. Wouldn't recommend to any family or friends. Would give 0 stars if the option was possible.

I paid $110 for a "Full Eye Exam" at this business. I am retired and wanted to order some glasses online. I have to have high index lenses and those alone can be over $400 before you even talk about the frame. I asked for my prescription when I paid the $110 but then found out that I needed the "PD". I called and asked for it and they would not give it to me! I will not be going back and will deter any one I know from going here! $110 and the information from the test is not even yours!

My husband and I recently visited The Eye Centre, and we were very impressed with the service. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. I would have given a rating of 5 stars except during our first visit, my husband was seen first, but then was left waiting right up until the time that I was finished my appointment with the doctor (about 20/30 minutes). His tray with his paperwork was put on a desk and not dealt with. But our second visit to pick out our frames was great! We would come back!

A wonderful exper...

A wonderful experience here. Buck was able to pick out a fabulous pair of glasses and sunglasses after just taking one look at me! I was in awe and disbelief. I normally try on at least 50 pairs before I find something that I like. I even went around the store and tried on another 10 or so pairs just to be sure. None of them were as perfect as the ones he first picked out. Glasses were ready in about a week. Will only be shopping here from now on!

Very professional...

Very professional and hassle free. I gave them my insurance and they were able to direct bill. Walked out with two pairs of glasses and contacts and barely had to pay anything out of pocket!!

Great Service! Awesome knowledgeable staff. I came in for a eye exam and some new glasses and was impressed with the wonderful and easy no headache experience! The staff were more concerned with my comfort and affordable eyewear than trying to sell me high priced eyewear. Keep up the good work. You gained a lifelong customer!!
