Awful! I paid for high index lenses and they ordered the wrong lenses.... they remained friendly and courteous and tried to make amends for trying to scam me into accepting the wrong product that cost them way less. I wonder how many other uninformed people they have taken advantage of by not supplying the correct lenses. I would avoid going to this place at all cost in the future. They tried to explain it away with throwing numbers and technical terms at me.... I was not fooled.

Part two I asked if there would be any discount if I went there again and the answer was no so just a head up to a place that wants to be second rate to the rest

Dr Shen diagnosed my husbands keraticonis and got him started on the wait list for a transplant. i will always recommend him to anyone looking for an eye exam. this DR knows what he is doing!
