Pretty disappointed to book an appointment only to have the artist forget and not show up. I live an hour away so had to take the day off work for the appointment and didnt even receive an apology...I leave the country on Monday so was wanting a tattoo to represent my time in Canada so feel very let down!!

Customer service is excellent! Friendly, great artists, technologically relevant, cooperative, paid close attention to my needs, went way beyond giving me exactly what I wanted........I highly recommend this Tattoo Studio to anyone interested in a fine piece of skin art or any other body modification.
