Shoppers Drug Mart Royal City Centre

After stellar service at the Shoppers at the Denman Mall I was taken back by the lack of friendly manner or common courtesy. let me say as a Customer Experience Specialist with 40+ years I know when a clerk is just being plain rude and giving you the bums rush the first time the young man had the nerve to argue with me about my name. I will give this branch a few more tried before transferring to another store

Incompetant and Disorganized

This Shoppers phramacy is the WORST one I have ever dealt with. They are so disorganized and constantly mess things up. From trying to refill RX's that were supposed to have been removed from my file over a year ago, to calling in RX's and them not being ready, to them saying they didnt receive a faxed refill from my Dr that they did receive 10 days earlier and found later, to the final straw where I went in for two differed RXs to have them give me two of the same one. Very imcompetant

They will not giv...

They will not give you a refund if you don't have a receipt. They don't care if it's a Life brand product, that you are trying to return. Even though they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed. It's also very difficult to find an associate to ask questions. I guess when Walmart opens in the mall next year, they will be forced to drastically change the poor customer service they currently have or get run out of business! No receipt for Walmart, no problem, they have a no hassle return policy.
