ATTITUDE AND SERVICE
While walking up to the doors at Burger King, you could hear someone was trying to order, and a staff told them to JUST WAIT and not in a pleasent way. Why do they say have it your way.(Whopper) A customer brought his burger back and the supervisor stated "Whats wrong with it this time" and then went towards the back and slammed a door. I ordered heavy heavy pickles and onions and received only 2 pickels and a few slivers of onions. This is not the first time and the last time I went back and the same supervisor had an attitude when I said what was wrong with my order. This is a service industry and staff have to learn "SERVICE" and courtesy to the customer. I know at times some customers can be irratating but you have to smile and deal with it. The cashier was extremly nice and almost has to appologize for the behavior of the supervisor. If this Burger King continues to be run like this, I know I will not be going back and eventually other people will start talking and word of mouth can build up or kill a business.
