We hired Lloyd to build a sun room on the back of the house. Lloyd gave us various proposals to review. Even after finding the old roof need replacement, Lloyd adjusted the scope of work to stay within our budget. The crew work quickly and were respectful of our home. I have known Lloyd from his days in the commercial construction. His honesty, straight approach and building knowledge is why I hired his company. Will be looking for Lloyd to come back for the next project.

We had Lloyd and his crew build 2 level deck last spring. He was awesome to work with, he isvery approachable he wants you to be happy with the finished product. He is picky about the materials he uses and leaves the job site neat and tidy. I highly recommend him.

I have hired Lloyd to do a major renovations for me several years ago where he converted an Chinese Restaurant in an office/apartment building. He has done other smaller jobs for me both at home and at work and he has always done an excellent job and I would, and have, highly recommend him to anybody looking for a great contractor. He has even taught the carpentry course at 2 different community collages that I know of and is always willing to explain things so I can understand them.
