Id give a 0 if I could. I had a consult with a periodontist there a couple of years ago and reception kept giving me different answers and the run around regarding my insurance. Tried there again as i badly need surgery. Called last week to say my insurance compamy needed a letter faxed saying my surgery had nothing to do with a dental implant. I was told it would be done. Called back today to follow up, of course get a different receptionist and told that they dont fax letters like that.

There are very few specialists in Ontario - dentists who have undergone years of additional specialty training to do implants and other highly specialized procedures.
