Amazing service from here! My husband had my engagement ring and wedding bands made through the Brampton store, and we were both so amazed at the quality of service we received. This is now our go-to store for jewellery!

So apparently you need an appointment to get service now. They said this to me without knowing whether I have an appointment or not. Then in front of my boyfriend and I they let other people who told us they had no appointment in. We were denied service right of the bat because my boyfriend is black. My parents and I usually buy jewellery from here but I will definitely not be making a trip here anymore.
