I will never go there again. Just went for a service A and upgrading system for my car. And then they ruined up my navigation system, they told me that they don't know what happens and I have to pick up my car next day. I just want to say it was you guys upgraded the system and it was you guys ruined it up then you told me you knew nothing about what happened to my navi. Poor responsibility.
Not too many good things about this dealer. It is a fabulous building but nothing more. Tried to have a regular service on my 2009 Mercedes C300 (transmission fluid flush) and I've been quoted $485 plus tax (the Service Advisor was claiming that I have to change the oil pan as well which is very questionable) and I ended going to a Mercedes Dealer in Kitchener since for the same service, I've been charged way, way less ($349 + tax) and of course, they laughed when they heard my story about the oil pan. Another weak point for Mercedes Burlington is hard to find a person for making an appointment (I called for three times at three different hours not finding anyone available) and when finally I reached a live person, I've been given as a next date to service my car's transmission somewhere after one week which is not acceptable. Bottom line, if I would be ready to service my Mercedes, I would use definitely any other dealership since this one has nothing to offer. Not recommended.v
