Lake Promenade Apartments

. Poor management. don’t expect any serious issue to be resolved . Shortly after moving i found rats and mice and roaches . Management told me they cant do anything about it or sometimes the claim the resolved the issue while nothing is resolved . I had to live with this terrible condition for months while they never bothered to send anyone to look where the mice and rats are coming from, i had to hire someone to figure it out ans found 6 wholes in the walls . iTS A NIGHTMARE.

Neighbours are loud and there are a fair amount of homeless people walking the halls hoping to find somewhere warm to sleep.... i feeel absolutely awful for them but i’m a 95lb woman and it makes me very anxious.....
