5 months ago I used Pop-A-Lock when no other company would install lock hardware I had purchased from company in the States. Without knowing anything about the hardware, they came in and spent a lot of extra time making it work perfectly. It took much longer than they thought it would, but I was very happy with the result. Fast forward to now, since it is warmer, the door was sticking due to metal expanding. Adam and his crew came back free of charge and fixed that as well. Great company.

Omg I can't say enough good stuff about this company and its workers. The customer service was top notch and the locksmiths i dealt with (Nic and Tyler) were fantastic. Not only were they professional and courteous, but they were very honest and forthcoming. So from everyone from Sandi at the head office, to the techs that did an amazing job, I would definitely hire them again if I needed help and I will spread the word about my wonderful experience with them to all my friends and family!!!! I was in the Hamilton/Burlington area visiting family when we somehow lost our car keys. I’d heard through a friend of the great service that Pop-A-Lock provides so gave them a call. They were very friendly and helpful. I was given a 30 minute ETA and sure enough they arrived in 25 min (@9:30pm) on a Sunday night. They were able to make me a new car key right on the spot! Didn't think that was possible! Just under an hour for the whole thing and they were able to get me and my family home!

Pop A Lock is a fantastic service! They responded quickly when we called after our key broke off in the ignition of the car. They completed the work without difficulty and were very professional and affordable. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
