Denise at the front desk was incredibly rude, mean, and degrading to my family member. Unfortunately due to this one person and their extremely poor customer service skills, we will be finding a new dental practice.

In our customer service we take great pride in this, so if there has been an upset I would like to address it and learn from any mistakes I have made.
