Since mid-2017 until now - 7 years of Service Excellence from Bill P. (Service Manager) has motivated me to keep having our Mazda CX5 serviced here, eventhough it has been past its warranty. And although many automotive shops have been offering their low-cost services to our family. And that's because Bill is the type of leader that foster great ties with his customers and colleagues. In fact I dare say, that many times I've felt the exact same treatment from him, as from my family members too.
