A Good Reliable Towing Company.

Terrible experience. Was recently in an accident where our car needed to be towed away and as stated by most, the company will go out of their way to stop you from taking the car out purposely to add additional fees, will give you excuses claiming that it is by law that they can not give you your car unless some paper work is done or is cleared by the police. All of which can easily be proven false through a simple Google search. This place is a scam.

Absolutely the worst towing company ever. Damage cars during towing and refuse any responsibility

I had my car towed today in Burlington. I had looked in every lot within a five block radius for parking and they were all full. I thought I would be safe parking where I did, but sadly I was not. My little girl just wanted to play at the park and eat ice cream. You guys were so understanding to my situation. I am so very humbled that you let me get my car without charging me. I couldn’t stop crying. I know I was in the wrong. Thank you for restoring my faith in human kindness.

Worst interaction I have ever had with a tow company. Money hungry scam artists. DO NOT trust this company. They also dont take any form of payment but cash or a physical credit card - no interact as it states above.. liars all around.

The women who was working at the desk upon my arrival was extremely rude and demeaning. As someone who was already upset after having their car towed, this women was extremely disrespectful towards me and made my experience getting my car back slow and painful.

Never use this company. They will charge unbelievable extra amount and they will threat you to keep your car or truck. The owner and people on the phone are arrogant and will laugh at you.
