I bought a bike at the Oakville location in the fall and recently had some issues with the bottom bracket (6mo later). They fixed it under warranty with no issues whatsoever. My experience with their customer service was great. Thanks James!

Just wanted to post a message saying how good these guys are at prepping bikes for the big competition or for daily rides. James tuned and packed my Giant Trinity Advanced for this years Kona World Championships and the bike was perfect. It has never ridden smoother and shifted as precisely in the 5 years I have owned it. He did such a good job on the tri bike, I had him do my 6 year old daily mule and it now rides like a new bike too. Great job guys!
