Lucky for me.. the staff and the doctor were at the top of their game. It was an enjoyable and eye opening experience for me, no pun intended. The way Dr. Pal explains everything in great detail and doesn't rush all your silly questions is why I will continue to come back and recommend her to anyone needing an eye doctor in the area. Her staff are just as friendly as she is. Makes it not feel like a doctors visit so much. Bonus I got pair of Clubmaster Raybans for a decent price :)

Excellent Optometrist in the Downtown Core

Great Service! After visiting a couple other Optometrists, and going through horrible experiences, I was pleasantly surprised by finding a hidden gem with Dr. Pal's office. Not only was it convenient to get to by the subway, but once I entered the office I was greeted with smiles and great attitudes from all of the employees. It was a warm and charming environment without any pressure and it really did feel like home. My examination was thorough and went above and beyond what I had expected. Great service does still exist! I recommend Dr. Pal's office to one and all.

Dr. Pal takes great care in doing a very thorough eye exam. Her entire staff takes the time to help you find the right frames, to pick the right contact lenses, and to ensure that all of your concerns about the health of your eyes are addressed. Dr. Pal is a tremendously knowledgeable professional, and the best optometrist in Toronto!!
