I brought in my laptop for a battery replacement. The work was done quickly and the rates were reasonable. The follow up email a couple of weeks after the service was a nice touch.

Calvin took my appointment and completed the work incredibly quickly and for a good price. Even though it was a small repair, he followed up to confirm I was satisfied, and even provided advice on a different, but related computer issue. Great experience overall.
