I needed a repair in February of this year. The repair was done quickly and all seemed fine. 4 months later I’m performing maintenance when I noticed a cracked panel. I contacted Arctic Spa and after several back and forth email exchanges they (incl. technician) denied any culpability. No body else but the repair tech ever touched that panel. As they kindly pointed out “your tub is out of warranty” and they would gladly provide an estimate for repair of said panel.
