Was looking for a new catalytic converter and they had the best prices in Lethbridge, by far! I had the option of bringing my own parts in if i wanted which is great! Their customer service is very friendly and helpful. They had a very flexible schedule when i booked my appointment. This was the first mechanic i talked to that didnt make me feel like i was being ripped off!

Brought my car in with a busted pipe. They gave me two options to fix it and the price it would cost before they did any work. 45 mins later I was back on the road, good as new. Straight up bunch of solid guys who aren't looking to rip you off. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs some quality work done at a fair price. Good job boys!

I went in to Minute Muffler today and explained my problem. The fellow knew exactly what was wrong before he saw the vehicle. My exhaust system was making noise, rattling, and leaking. They were most honest and trustworthy. I had assumed it was my muffler and or complete exhaust system. It wasn't, and I was so impressed, it was a minor problem, which Minute Muffler was honest about.I most strongly recommend Minute Muffler to be honest and loyal. they do not cheat, and they obey the golden rule.

Driving in Strathmore today from out of town, I was stopped for no brake lights. Even though the guys were really busy, they took the time to check my lights, change the bulbs and send me on my way in just minutes. Superior service and friendliness!!! Cannot say a big enough thank you!

A couple of years ago my car needed a muffler. The price my dealer quoted seemed high so I contacted Tim. Bottomline, he was able to replace the entire muffler system at a lower cost and in a timely manner.
I've relied on Tim and his team numerous times since for regular maintenance as well as recommending/supplying new winter tires.
Tim's superior level of customer service is consistent and he is honest and fair. I would recommend him enthusiastically to all.
