We had our BRAND new truck towed because the dealer never gave us a second set of keys (back ordered fob) and the dispatch and driver were amazing to deal with. I was stuck, down a very hilly road to the cottage in snow. I thought, that I would be fine, as I was driving an all wheel drive x5. Turns out I was wrong. The damn SUV couldn't get up a small grade, let alone a steep one. When (I believe his name was Daniel ) showed up, I thought for sure that he wouldn't want / attempt / or try, to get me out of this mess. But he did !!! MANY TRIES LATER !! I had a totally wonderful experience w/ these people & I'm v. grateful. I'm a Toronto woman so I was not familiar w/ the roads up here. On this mid-Nov night fresh snow started coming down. I was leaving from a retreat & I got caught, past midnight, on an uphill. I was fortunate to call these guys. Exactly 45min later, as advised, their wonderful friendly driver Andrew showed up. By then, more snow had fallen & w/ his guidance I was able to turn the car around. He was so kind & helpful! TY guys! Lire plus
