Not a good business

These people tried to rip off my mother who had bought my new born baby a gift. When there was a mix up with the first purchase she brought it back in and was told she could get a full refund but then was told that she would have to pay more. bottom line, treat your customers like they are Gold and your business will boom, do the opposite and see your business fade. NOT RECOMMENDED
