A lot of good products, and supposedly price match. That is where the positive aspects end. I have NEVER met a more arrogant, rude, unhelpful group of employees, EVER. Unhelpful would be bad enough, but rude and treat you like you are bothering them when tryng to get info or pay. Expensive product ordered and not arrived on the promised day. Told that it is in Edmonton, but have to pay for shipping, even though they say shipping covered when over $50. (unless you bought it on sale).

It appears everything you buy on promotion seems to be final sale. Or if it’s not, when you want to exchange the item for a different style/colour, they take away the promotion. What the heck? Also, during one of the promotion days, the store supervisor was very rude. She told the employee she was only allowed outside to help us with the car seat installation for 5 min. We are first time parents, the store should be more accommodating. I’ll make my big purchases elsewhere.

Our experiences with the staff at West Coast Kids has always been excellent. Paired with the selection of unique product lines and quality products this store is a find for the discerning customer. Happy to recommend.

I will never spend another dime here..... First experience with terrible customer service as the sales clerk told me to go home and order a car seat base myself she would not order it for me after a complaint call into a store manager Amy a message was left and I was never called back. 2nd experience and last bought a car seat base that has never been opened and was informed it is a final sale and can not be returned because I may have dropped the box. How do I know they never dropped the box
