Horrible experience. Overbooked and waited almost 1 hour before being seen. Highlights left in too long and now have brittle dry hair. Cut was very poor and does not know how to do curly hair. Cut it too short and then tried to style on high heat, causing it to frizz. Got up and left before she could damage my hair further. Poor service, poor environment and my hair is damaged.

Very dirty. Hair and dirty gowns and mess everywhere. Was so grossed out I got up and left with wet hair. I regret not trusting my initial instincts and walking out to start with. I am new to neighborhood and it was my first time there. Will never go back.

Good morning everyone , I went for my traditional haircut with Layla . Like anyway we had a good chat . On top of it she gave me a great haircut like always . I like her because she take is time to do it right . She is smiling , polite and kind . I recommend her 100 %.

I was disappointed ,today I went to change my hair color and after finishing I didnt feel any change and the girl didnt care and kept on convincing me that it looks great I used to like this place !!

I went to get a trim and the girl (she didn’t tell me her name) cut my hair without any layers or softness. I only wanted about 3 inches off and she took off at least 6. Now my hair is short and blunt. She was so aggressive and pressured me to buy products as well. I am not sure about the other stylists but do not go to the girl!

The girl hada had messed up my color I went back to have it fixed Most salons don’t charge you to fix it When she tried to fix it she made the colour uneven and then when I went to pay she begged me for a tip Her service is poor and she just didn’t care, she tried to convince me it was better but my eyes don’t lie Because she charged me for her mistake I’m never going back, also because she made the color uneven the second chance I gave her alongside her apathetic attitude

Great people work here! I have been bringing my grandsons for six years - Ages 7 & and 12 now and they love coming here too. Prices are reasonable and the stylists are excellent.

Unprofessional .., terrible experience... they try to do fast to accommodate Coustomers and spoil haircut.. uneven.. did hair cut in 5 mins .. not recommended...

Really good barbers here, especially with kids. I'm very picky about my sons hair as it is hard to find hairdressers/barbers that do a good fade and line you up properly. I highly recommend this place. They try their best to please you. They are very professional, talented and friendly.

Accessing the place is very easy due to its location, as well as parking is not a problem. The staff are very polite, helpful and skilled at what they do.

Jo Hair Stylist is professional. I had a hair cut & colour service today. Great service & the people who work in the hair studio are nice people. Will go back again!!
