Mr Furnace

Mr. furnace fixed our furnace and it lasted hardly for half an hour. We explained to him that we had a warranty, but he didn't seem to help us. Instead, he was emphasizing to replace his furnace. We called another shop, they contacted the warranty and replace it at the same cost of diagnosing. So whatever we paid him is just for nothing. We were expecting a call from a manager of the shop as we were told, it never happened though.

This is the third time we used them. The technician, jie, was so professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my furnace quickly. we got heat in one hour. Highly recommended!

Will use Rick again if my furnace breaks again!
