unreliable.. was promised service within a 2 hour window, that turned to 4 then 6 hours then not until next day - and even that was way past the promised time - will never recommend this business or use them - horrible customer service

Awful service cut holes in walls and left. Whole call was a constant upsell. Took apart water heater even though asked not to, was unable reassemble. Managment will not return calls.

Rep was more interested in "boosting" the cost of the call than in solving the problem which was a routine plugged drain. His unrequested dismantling of the garburator was obviously intended to create a sale of a highly overpriced new garburator (asking $500) which is commonly advertised at $300. He was unable to re-assemble the unit he had dis-assembled. One hour of service using a power "snake" (no parts supplied) was charged at $431.75.
