Constant Staff Changes, Quirt responses by Phone
I have been shuffled from new staff to new staff for years. If staff is sick or away, there is no one who can take a call, to rebook you, except 1 week to 3 weeks away. Impossible to talk to the owner. Because it is convenient I have returned again and again, but, that is no solution. They seem to contain no business, or social skills. I went for a trim of my shoulder length hair and left with a cut that exposed my ears.
