The counter servers are very nice and friendly. It is hard for them to serve the regular customers when the restaurant is out if everything. Your cookie promotion would have done a lot better if they had them to sell. One day at 11:00, they were out of bacon, roast beef, cheese, the smile cookies..... hard to order and enjoy when they don't have what you like.
Very poor customer service they dont even care if there is a line for placing the orders they are only busy with their driv thru such a bad service . I asked for milk in my tea and i have waited there for like 10-15 min for my steeped tea still got it without milk , people are asking them to take their orders most of the employees are rude they dont even care how they are placing the food infront the customers . And please change your gloves while switching to food after cleaning your shelves.
Your order is wrong and we're all trying to be safe wearing a mask today I was in there and six different people came in with their masks on their chin standing in line and then going up to them and ordering with their masks down and not one worker said anything this is not good you shouldn't be open if you're not following the rules when the owners are there everybody follows the rules but when they're not there it's a very sad place
This branch needs an overall customer service makeover really bad. Orders are inaccurate or forgotten. Some of the menu is either unavailable or requires a long time to get cooked. Several customers are waiting on their orders for ridiculous amount of time without success. When the orders finally arrive, it is incorrect or incomplete. I have observed 4 other customers with incorrect orders given. Mind you, all of these are happening while the staff are casually yapping and joking around.

This has to be hands down the worst experience ever! I came in with my two kids as drive thru was slammed. No line up so we got to the till and the cashier seemed really confused about my order and kept getting agitated so I laughed and asked her if we could start again because she looked really confused and flustered. Her answers and attitude kept getting sharper and sharper and at the end of the order when I asked her to apologize for her attitude especially in front my kids she started arguin
