Good customer service (Chad) but unfortunately quality of the product very much aligned with today's approach of increased quantity. Quality is something that will soon dissappear from the dictionary.

Bryanna was very helpful on our trip to the Coquitlam store. She didn't pressure us at all, but made sure we knew what all the options were. She was able to answer all the questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the stock.

Our sales associate Greg was really helpful. You could tell he genuinely cared that we were 100% happy with our purchase and he didn't make us feel pressured or like he was selling us stuff we wouldn't want. We will definitely come back and ask for gregs assistance when we want other new furniture !

I have purchased bedroom furniture from Ashley in the past and returned to purchase a sectional as I was very happy with my previous purchases. The Coquitlam location of Ashley furniture carries the best variety of stock and has the most experienced and personable employees. Greg was exceptional. He had practical knowledge and experience with the sets in stock unlike associates of competitor stores. I would definitely recommend Ashley Coquitlam!
