Had a special transportation dilemma. The two drivers I talked to and dealt with had a fantastic solution. They fulfilled my taxi needs with professionalism and great attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I ordered a cab, they quoted me 10-20 mins, 2 hours later still no cab. Duncan Taxi for the win!!!

They’re hours say 6am-12am. I’ve been calling for the last hour and it just rings until it goes to voicemail. Very frustrating and annoying. If your hours are not as posted, maybe mention that on your voicemail

The owners lack customer service. Between the gossip of and other customers to customers and the bashing of staff to customers then the awful treatment to the customers this is a horrible cab company

Best service ever .. always on time . Debit machines always work .. and the drivers actually talk to You!! Highly recommend these guys whenever in the Cowichan Valley! Excellent excellent cabs!
