I had my dog Kiwi in last week, Sarah did an excellent job, i would recommend this facility

Took my 2 dogs there back in August and has a great experience. Took them back in December and what a difference. New groomer who did a hack job and didn't listen to my request as to what I wanted done. Emailed the manager and they didn't even have the time to email or call me back. They should have at least offered to fix the horrible job they did. Do not go here they are rude and have no regard foe customer service. Oh and they raised their rates $20 more from the first visit to the second.

My experience was a rude groomer, who did a hack job, but charged me over $100.00 for all the "extra" work she had to do. My dog was terrified when I picked her up, and contracted an eye infection in their facility which ended up costing me another $100 in vet bills and medication.Overpriced, unsanitary, and misleading. Do not bring your dog here. This happened in September.

I am very happy that Anna is grooming here and the other groomer is gone. I will be coming back

I take my 2 Rottweiler for grooming at their other location Nikki is the best my dogs just love her she always answer any concern I may have, their price are fair, store is clean n organize I would strongly recommend them
