I had made an appointment for 1:00 p.m., I left the car there at 12:30 p.m. and talked to the person in charge. Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare. No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said. This place used to be a Firestone location. What a RIPOFF and Shitshow that place was...so we were nervous, but desperate. Highly recommend Kal Tire New West Thank you!
