Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is the worst place to rent a vehicle. If you have a camera, I'd advise to take a video of the car prior to renting, they are trying to scam me and my insurance company since I didn't purchase damage insurance. RUN from this location, especially if you are from Ontario or another province.

I was incorrectly charged for an extra day on my credit card. I called the Newton location right away to question the charges because I had payed for the rental including insurance in full on the day we picked up. I was promised a refund in two days and a month went by so I called again. Still waiting on the refund. Each time I called the staff laughed at me rudely and had me explain the situation again and would promise I would get my refund.
