Terrible customer service and a very low-quality job on cleaning a spring/summer coat - will never come back despite the fact that its a block away from my house. The job was poorly done and I went to another place to fix it - they did, and I came back to request a refund. I was yelled at, the man compared the bad job done on the stain with health issues (would you ask for a refund from a doctor who couldnt cure you?), and the whole thing was entirely disrespectful and inappropriate.
