I made the terrib...

I made the terrible mistake of going here for colour. Sure, the people are friendly, but that only goes so far when they mess up your hair. I went to this salon in July, and afterwards, I literally told the hair dresser I didn't like my hair, after being there for 3 hours. She offered to fix it.... but first of all, the trust was broken, no way in heck was she touching my hair again... in other words, I declined. And second of all, my hair was so damaged I couldn't even run my fingers through it. She charged me 1 / 3rd the price but honestly I shouldn't have paid a dime. I left the salon and went to Sallys and dyed over my hair. I was so angry that I wasted my time there. Master stylist... what a joke. I seriously had high hopes, and was terribly disappointed. I don't recommend this salon at all and will NEVER return.
