Purchased two bar stools and a leather reclining couch from Lord Selkirk furniture. One of the bar stools was delivered with stains. The lady admitted it, and agreed to replace it. We waited a few weeks and then followed up, she forgot. Waited a few more weeks and followed up. Its on order. Waited a few more weeks and followed up. 7 months later, still no bar stool but our couch reclining spring broke. Called Lord Selkirk and guess what... No warranty.

I (Andrew - the owner of Lord Selkirk Furniture) just wanted to post a follow up to this review. We have replaced this customer's bar stool as well as repaired the spring on the recliner. Sorry for the experience that you initially had. We strive to provide great service. - Andrew
