ZERO STARS- Horrendous experience So a man comes to my door selling me a $50 voucher to a new spa in Ajax. I thought it was a good deal for a 30 minute massage, haircut, etc. Upon arriving to the parking lot the outside of the building was nice! Here's what was wrong: -The receptionist was the girl who was doing my massage. -The room was extremely cold -The massage oil spot like vegetable oil, it was disgusting, like I was in a deep fryer -her watch was scratching my back so I had to ask her to remove it -The blanket that she put on me had make up stains all over it, it was filthy so I asked her to get me a new one. Highly unsanitary -there was no music playing in the background which is the norm when you go to a spa and have a massage -she went to answer the phone in the middle of my massage -she basically drew a figure 8 on my back for 20 minutes and then said she was done. The voucher said 30 minutes but I was happy that it was over anyways Before I left I privately spoke to her and told her that I was very unsatisfied with the 20 minute massage and politely told her that she needs to ensure that her services are quality services or her business may suffer. Her response was, "Business has been really good I don't have any concerns". I politely asked her if I could have my money back because I was dissatisfied and she told me no I would have to contact the number on the back of the voucher. There was a girl sitting waiting to have a service done so I asked if she would use the voucher because I would never be returning and I walked out. The quality, hygiene, atmosphere and customer service are absolutely terrible. I would never recommend anyone go here for any type of spa service.
