Kent Chung, owner of Snow White Dry Cleaners, had a simple business goal in mind when he bought his dry-cleaning shop in 2008: help people to always look their best. Stains on garments happen when we’re busy, becoming a little distracted in the moment, but replacing those clothes can get costly over time. Kent helps his customers save money by making those stained clothes look like new again. It doesn’t matter if you’ve spilled mustard, grease or ink on your favourite shirt, Kent will wave his magic wand and make it disappear.

Dry cleaning may not be as simple as that, but Kent’s attention to detail and his organized mindset make it seem as though it is. He knows how important it can be for clients to save their best-fitting jeans or broken-in leather jacket, and will make every effort possible to get these items looking like new again. “We treat it and then go back to a suitable cleaning process,” he says matter-of-factly. “Some will be dry-cleaned, some will be laundered.”
