We went here for my birthday and we had to sit by the window overlooking Brant Street. It was freezing so we all left our coats on. The waitress was not knowledgeable about the food and seemed too young to be a waitress! We ordered a dessert which they were out of and then later I found out my friends had asked for a candle to be in the cake (staff could not find them) and for a picture to be taken (staff said they broke the poloroid they use for birthday pictures! The waitress came over with the dessert and plopped it down in front of my friend and said happy birthday to her when it was my birthday!! Very disappointing. I emailed the manager who in turn sent me a $50 certificate to be used within 3 months. The certificate took awhile to get to me as they were ordering new ones. I will say the food was really good though!
My husband and I came for a late dinner on a weeknight. We still had to wait for a table. The menu looks good but the food itself does not deliver. My husband's seafood pasta was the worst he's ever eaten...it came with tiny shrip...I mean miniscule! The other types of seafood were equally small and you couldn't distinguish what you were eating.
I ordered salmon which was overdone and dry. This restaurant gets a lot of hype...I'm not sure why that is. They do have good drinks, so I'd only ever go back for the bar....never again for the food!

We thought we'd try this place, have always heard good things about the chain in general. To go in order:
- Pop was watered down.
- Crab Cake was dry and tasted like it came right from the grocery store freezer section and was popping into the microwave
- Caesar salad dressing was bland and runny, didn't have any anchovy taste at all, no bacon in sight, some of the greens were browns
- Main: 8oz steak (ok, but not seasoned much) and shrimp...um, well if you consider four (I counted) salad size "shrimp"...and a monster mound of bland garlic mashed to compensate for that...$24.00 for this? Wow.
- Desert: overcooked brownie to the point I had to lean all my weight on the spoon to break a piece off.
Only bonus: server was very friendly, attentive, and tried hard...including offering us a second dessert and not charging for it.
Service was fine....food, not even close....won't be back.

I don't remember the exact date, but when I was there, everything I ordered had herbs all through it. It's like the chef thought that good cooking meant putting herbs in everything. It was also expensive. At the table across from us, this one guy had to keep sending his steak back at least twice to get it cooked properly, and he eventually just didn't eat it.
