Very good as always. It is a little bit pricey, but your portions are huge!! Saganaki always an experience for the first timer. Would recommend. I am sure service could be hit or miss here, but our was fantastic.
Food was excellent. Only 9 out of 10 and not 10 because the cesar salad dress wasn't exactly to our taste but likely just fine for someone else. Portions were excellent from the appetizer right ot the main dish. Service was prompt. we were seated right away on a busy night. our server was polite and took good care of us. atmosphere was unique and enjoyable. Things were a little expensive for us but I will definitely return.
In a nutshell? Great food - amazing even, but the service is the worst I have EVER SEEN anywhere. Every time we go it's the same thing - food takes FOREVER (we are talking hours sometimes - yes, that's right - hours) Management is nasty, waitresses are rude, atmosphere is corny - and the worst is the wait for your food is just unreal. Great food, but after many attempts, I will never go back.
Amazing! Definately the best greek food I've ever eaten!
We've been here before many times. Service was always hit or miss, including one occasion where we walked out because it was taking far too long for the food. Another time we arrived a half hour or more before closing, but we were told without explanation they were closed, even though she acknowledged they were supposed to be open. Disgusted, we left and they promptly turned off the "OPEN" sign as we drove away. Generally, however, the food itself was very good and plentiful. This time however it took an extra long time to be served dinner, despite having arrived after the dinner rush. At no time did the waitress apologize or excuse the wait, even when approached. When the food did arrive it was overcooked. We complained and refused to pay for it. The manager/owner came to our table and stated among other things that the souvlaki always takes a long time to cook (though never happened before) and that the quality was above reproach. She didn't bother to try our food and blindly trusted her staff. Worse still, she failed to provide any apology, intimated we were lying, and outright condemned our complaint as "rude." We were floored by her response. At no time did she display any professionalism or customer service but instead blamed us for their shoddiness. We have never been so offended by a restaurant and have vowed never to return again. Adding insult to injury they charged us for the refrigerated starter salad and stale bread that always comes with dinner. Classy joint.
