From the looks of my wifes plate, very fair and large serving, she loved the food. I had a reuben based on this website, was very good.

This place is legit. I don't know how anyone can really rate 'service' since it's a deli--it's basically self-serve. I have been there probably ten times or more, and usually get a Reuben and soup. The soup is usually very good, probably made from scratch, and the meat sandwiches are always top class--they shave the meat AFTER you order and it's clearly fine quality stuff.

Benny's is only good for their smoked meat...

Benny's is only good for their smoked meat sandwich. And even then, it's only because they're the only real deli in town. Otherwise, their hot meals are lackluster, service is spotty, and pricing isn't cheap. I'll go again, as I always have, but really only for the lack of any truly better options.

This was our 2nd visit. We thought we'd give it another chance because we hadn’t been much impressed before, but many have said that the place is good. Disappointed yet again! The QUICHE filling had an odd HERB used - possibly tarragon - that was not especially appealing nor appropriate to the dish. As well, the FILLING was both over-puffy, wet and fully coagulated. It was the worst quiche that I have ever eaten. Perhaps cooked at too high a heat? The SALAD was made up of over-large chunks of raw vegetables (carrot and celery) with lettuce that unfortunately was the infamous 1980's-style ice-burg type. It was fully drowned in BOTTLED COMMERCIAL DRESSING -poured on by the server. Would never recommend it.

The food was ok, it was a busy morning and the place was smoky and crowded. The coffee was not good. The service was not great (likely due to the number of people there). I did not like walking out and having my clothes smell like grease... I will need to visit again when it's not so busy.
