if you just want to fill your stomach then this restaurant is ok...i personally hates raw beanspouts and they use a lot of that in their dishes. the service was the worst ever. first the waitress brings us around half the restaurant before sitting us, then she sits us at the only table that's not set. so when my food arrived...they still haven't brought us any cutleries...one waitress walked by twice and still haven't notice i didn't have anything to eat with. my friend finally had to ask. the worst was when we wanted more tea, we opened the lid of the pot and put it at the edge of the table, that same waitress walked by 3 times! and she didn't see our pot...well so we just closed the lid and asked her to refill it. Not only did she not see it after walking by 3 times, but she also told us that we were supose to open the lid so she'll know. well that just set us off...we weren't mad that she didn't see...but when she told us that...we told her we did open the lid, she just didn't see it. she gave us a dirty look, like we were lying about this. what kind of service is that!?! when i paid for our bill, no body even said thank you. my money was grabbed out of my hands and my changed was just dumped on the table. it is the worst service i have ever gotten anywhere. i rather drive twice the distance then go back to this restauarnt again.

I am relieved to see that others have shared the awful experience of the service at this restaurant. I was beginning to wonder if we were being singled out. I have gone back several times since my first bad service experience there, in an effort to give a second, third and fourth chance because I really do enjoy the food..Alas, I've had enough and will never go back. The bad experiences have run the gammut from receiving the wrong food (which was, of course, our fault!), to slow service to my being chastised by the waitress because their debit card machine wasn't working properly so, well, she thought she'd just blame that on me. That was the last straw, I'm afraid. No matter how good the food, the service experience is very important to me, so someone else can have my seat!

Put out a take out order but they seem to forgot the complimentary soup that comes with the rice combination platter. Also salad lettuce looks old. Will not come back again.

i keep hearing great things from locals about the thai food at this place. well, being a snob from toronto, i hafta say that it seems like the locals don't really know what they're talking about. the thai food here tatses like it was made by vietnamese people..which is exactly the case. my advice: skip the thai, stick with the pho.
