NewLife Fertility Centre

Newlife is terrible. They ignore your calls and voicemail. When you go to the reception, they will ask you to call through phone to make an appointment which does not make sense because the reception books the appointment. They want to waste your time. They will ask you to come back multiple times in one day. So you will have bloodwork in the morning then ultrasound in the afternoon. Oh and after the bloodwork result come back for your medication. Find a better clinic while you still can

New life Fertility clinic is one of the best clinic I’ve ever been to. The nurses and doctors are very supportive and professional. I’ve had hard time conceiving with my second child- dr. Soliman gives you the best efficient options/advice. I took it. Went ahead with IVF and I’m 3 months pregnant. I highly recommend to go there to retrieve your dream just like I did :) All the best to everyone.

Worst clinic. unskilled staff. they do not conduct tests and do not take any responsibility for their errors. My whole IVF cycle failed despite using experienced donor and surrogates. This donor always gives more than 30 eggs in this and other clinics but in my case they say only 21 eggs retrieved. They work with a agency in Manhattan, USA that sells same donor eggs in black market at 17K USD. It could be mine depriving me of embryos. Someone please let me know govt. audit of their practices.

Doctors are amazing. Ultrasound technicians are great except Amany, she is very impolite and rude. People at desk are great except for Tracy, she is not very nice. Unpleasent person to deal with. Nurses will not call back unless you call 4 or 5 times and leave voicemail messages. They will never answer your call. Desk staff once booked wrong ultra sound for me. They were unhelpful in resolving the matter. You would think they know what they are doing.

Dr. Soliman you are the best doctor i have ever seen. After wasting my one and a half year you gave me happiness.. Thank you so much !!
