Ostrander Veterinary Clinic

Absolutely atrocious service was given to my mother, a client of over 20 years, by this clinic. She scheduled an appointment to euthanize our 14 year old dog, but was called the next day and told that they moved her appointment to an earlier day. The person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, and even hung up the phone. If the person on the phone was decent, it could have easily been resolved. Instead we will never be taking another animal here again. Do better.

I have been going to Ostranders Vet Clinic for 27 years. They have been absolutely wonderful, professional, compassionate and dedicated team. Special thanks to Karla who has looked after my dogs all these years. I cant think of a better place to have your pets looked after.
